STUDENT OF BHAI GURDAS GROUP WON GOLD MEDAL IN UNIVERSITY ATHLETIC MEET

It is commendable to mark that Bhai Gurdas Group of Institutions has not just set a benchmark in nurturing the students by providing technical education but has taken enormous steps towards other achievements. Cultural events, development program, inter college programmers play a vital role in the college. Recently, Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University organized Athletic Meet in Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Engineering College, Fatehgarh Sahib. Teams from all over the state participated in this Athletic Meet. Jujhar Singh, a student of Bhai Gurdas Engg Institute,  won Gold and Bronze medal in 400 meter race and Long jump respectively.

Hakam Singh Jawandha, Chairman, Bhai Gurdas Group of Institutions and Dr. Guninderjit Singh Jawandha, Executive Member and Dean Colleges congratulated the winner and assured that this trend will continue which has given a platform to the participants not only from the district but from all over the state to showcase their talents and skills. felicitated the participants and winner and said that civilizing young minds, entrust young boys and girls with education, motivating young generation to play games is more important now a day to give an edge to their personalities.
